Marina Store
The marina store is stocked with everything you need on the water, including bait, lures, tackle, fishing gear, ice, drinks, snacks, and essential boating supplies, all in one convenient location.
Slip holders and transient guests have access to clean bathrooms with showers, along with on-site laundry facilities for added convenience.
- In-Season: Sun to Wed 8 AM to 6 PM, Thurs to Sat 8 AM to 8 PM.
- Off-Season: Mon to Fri 9 AM to 5 PM with reduced weekend hours.
- Two Full Bathrooms with Showers.

A fuel dock is also available on-site for quick and easy refueling.
Slips For Rent
South Port Marina has 170 wet slips available for seasonal and annual lease. Slips accommodate a wide range of vessel sizes with direct access to Casco Bay and Portland Harbor, minutes away.

Short-Term Stays
Transient boaters are welcome at South Port Marina. Book a slip for the night or the weekend, and you are walking distance from South Portland’s waterfront and a short trip across the bridge to Portland’s Old Port.

Winter Storage
South Port Marine offers 12,000 square feet of indoor heated storage for the off-season. Download the winter storage form, complete both pages, and return it to the service department at [email protected]. Call (207) 799-8191 to confirm storage arrangements.
Storage requirements to know:
- Tarps are not permitted as boat covers.
- Boats requiring mechanical service need to arrive five days prior to haul date.
- All boats 30 feet and over are required to be unstepped during winter storage.
