Welcome to South Port Marine, the most protected dockage in Casco Bay. South Port Marine is a well maintained 170 slip marina that can accommodate yachts up to 135' with drafts of up to 8' at MLW. 

We are located in South Portland, Maine adjacent to an upscale condominium complex and the former Snow Squall Restaurant.   

South Port Marine, LLC, was founded in September of 1996.  Since the purchase and reorganization of what was then MarinEast, Inc., SPM has grown to over 15 full time employees providing a full service marina and storage facility, hull repair, Mercury Marine engine sales and service, and allied marine capabilities.  

South Port Marine also brokers pre-owned boats through our sister company, The Yacht Connection Inc..

The marina is conveniently located within walking distance to the Mill Creek Waterfront market area where you will find hardware, grocery , video, and drug stores, many fine dining restaurants, as well as a post office, banks, and hair salons.  Fresh Lobsters and water taxi service are available dockside.

We are just across the bridge from Portland's historic Old Port and minutes from the Portland International Jetport. Public and private transportation services are available at the marina. 

In 2005 we received a Gannett Maine Family Business of the Year nomination.
